Very disappointing stay. Property was tired and not the exclusive apartment it was marketed as. Kitchen items such as glassware weren’t clean and baking tray in oven contained burnt dirty food and grease, whilst the hob itself was chipped in multiple places. The free standing bedroom fan which being a hot weekend we’d have liked to make use of had a thick layer of dust on it. Filthy skirting boards. Bed mattress was extremely uncomfortable with very obvious sagging in the centre whilst the throw cushions were visibly unclean. Bedroom wall had multiple kick dents in the plasterboard from previous guest stays and added to the overall impression of the apartment being tired, worn and uncared for and certainly not the exclusive property it was advertised as and it did not live up to the gallery pictures provided on the site. Also disappointed with booking.com as we made contact shortly after arrival to report issues and no resolution was offered. Owner of the property was also alerted of the issues and while offered a small amount of compensation over the phone and on text messages - we have received nothing over 2 weeks on despite gentle reminders.

Great location close to city centre. Private allocated parking bay. Very clear instructions for parking, entrance etc.

Everything was clean and felt nice - also amazing value for money I couldn’t believe it 😄

Very clean and great location, very well presented and beautiful apartment, with all basic needs covered (tea, coffee, shampoo, etc) with a shop very close by.

Some wear and tear in the bedroom on the wall under window, easily rectified. We didn’t fully understand the heating initially, but once up and running very nice and cosy.

Location was perfect with only a short walk to all amenities. Apartment was tastefully decorated and modern. Shower was spacious with good water pressure. Kitchen was well equipped.

Bed was too small and could really do with being a king size with a memory foam mattress as the sprung mattress was not the best. Cleaning could be better as chandelier was very dusty as was skirting boards and some surfaces. Looks like bedroom wall has previously had damp and been repaired but plasterboard has now failed again. None of these things impacted our stay and I only mention them as a way of improving an already lovely apartment.

The flat is in the heart of Cardiff, a very short walk to the shops and shows in Utilita Arena! Very clean and includes every needed item for a short stay, including a lovely kitchen equipped with cooking utensils. The host was very friendly and accessible when messaged about various requests or questions. Overall a positive experience!:)
