Situación fabulosa. Las fotos reflejan la realidad. Todo muy limpio. Nos dejaron unos bombones y una botellita de vino de bienvenida. Cuando llegamos no había tostadora, preguntamos por ella porque había leído que había, y ese mismo día cuando volvimos nos la habían traído

Property was advertised with balcony , but we didn’t get one ,was disappointing, as we were only people in apartments block and didn’t get apartment with balcony ,cause 2 apartments with balcony was empty during our stay ! (There is Small communal area on top floor to share between four apartments..)

If you could add more mugs in the kitchen that would be great.

Too many details are off. A deposit is required, it was not specified at the time of the booking. Only cash accepted. City tax: cash. Parking advertised as 'available': it costs, cash, and it's 10 min away. No receipts where given and the staff could not give exact change back. The windows are above a noisy (loud music) and smelly restaurant. No noise at night, but they get their supplies at 7am. I stayed 8 nights, no fresh towels nor sheets were offered. No way to hang the towels. No support for soap/shower gel in the shower. No towels at all in the kitchen. No extra garbage bags. The side of the fridge was oily, presumably from previous guests cooking. There is a washing machine, but no detergent. The bed is too short (I'm a bit over 1.80 / 5'11). Among the advertised facilities: city/landmark view. Certainly not from the apartment windows. "Soundproof rooms", I could hear the ticking of a wall clock from the neighbor apartment. The property was in an amazing location with all amenities on the door step. The apartment was spacious and very clean with everything you need for a comfortable stay.
