Tiles in corridor need some maintenance.

It was clean and looked like the picture. All of the services worked great. Aircon and washer. Nice touch with the complementary wine, coffee and cake.

There was only some minor issues. The door frame in the bathroom was damaged and there was some minor issues with the keys. There was also som floor tiles that were loose. Owner should probably get these issues fixed before they get worse :) Nothing that affected our stay in any way.

A brilliant location close to the centre of the city. Located very close to a range of restaurants and amenities. The facilities in the apartment were more than adequate and a small breakfast snack and water were left for us. The bedrooms were comfortable and the decor was generally good.

The A/C units were not particularly effective. They managed to keep the room cooler than the heat of the day but were not really cool, though the interior setting of the apartment did also help to make it was cool enough to be comfortable.

Nice place in the heart of the city. Everything was on foot distance, also the railway station. Perfect choice if you have an early flight in the morning.

The location was great, in the centre of the city. Quiet for sleeping, windows facing the courtyard. We got into the apartment on our own following great instructions. Apartment spacious, clean, comfortable.

We were group of 7 people (3 adults and 4 teenagers). We had 3 beds in first bedroom and 2 beds and one sofa bed in second bedroom. This sofa bed was really very narrow for 2 people. Then one son had to sleep on the sofa in the living room, but he didn't have any bedding so it wasn't very comfortable (but he didn't care :D). I would recommend the owner not to offer this sofa bed in the bedroom for 2 people.

Location, central for the areas of the city we wished to visit.

Property was not clean. Floor was covered in volcanic ash from eruption three days before our arrival. Despite having guests in before us. The bathroom was covered also. Toilet and shower had not been cleaned. Beds were very uncomfortable. Loose tiles on the floor. Air conditioning was not effective in the rooms due to size vs power. Area under coffee machine and around sink were dirty. I left the property cleaner when I left than when we arrived. There are no signs to advise how to split waste. I do not think the 15 euro cleaning charge added to bookings matches the property condition on arrival.

Great location very close to the square, short walk to metro and multiple bus stops. Great restaurants with 1 minute if the front door however very quiet as internal courtyard. Excellent wifi. Lovely complimentary wine and hamper.

Unable to manage instructions of washing machine however if it had been essential would have followed up with the host. Shower base very slippery
