The apartment is in a great location for an easy walk to the beach, old town and supermarket. It also has its own private parking, which was important to us. It is a large apartment with good facilities.

The only good thing? Matteo was kind and helpful. Everything else: absolutely awful. Terrible Experience – Never Again! From start to finish, this was one of the worst experiences we’ve ever had with a hotel or apartment rental.

From start to finish, this was one of the worst experiences we’ve ever had with a hotel or apartment rental. Even just checking in was a nightmare. We were told multiple times to call 30 minutes before arrival – which we did. Then we were told (very rudely) that we shouldn’t call with a hidden number – which we always do for privacy reasons. The woman on the phone was extremely unfriendly from the start. We continued to communicate our arrival clearly – 10 minutes before, then again 3 minutes before, even shared our live location via WhatsApp. When we arrived, we were once again met with a rude response, being told we now had to wait for someone named Matteo. After all the pressure to arrive on time, we were then left standing outside for another 20 minutes. When we called again to ask what was going on, we were snapped at and told to be patient. We needed the restroom, had carefully planned and communicated our arrival – and instead of being welcomed, we were scolded and treated like a nuisance. If we hadn’t already paid in advance, we honestly would have left immediately. When Matteo finally arrived (he was the only friendly person we encountered), he showed us the apartment – which was a total disaster. For one night, it was barely okay. But overall? A complete mess. There was mold or some kind of damage on the kitchen ceiling. The whole place felt like someone’s grandparents had just passed away and they were trying to squeeze some money out of the old apartment before doing any cleaning or renovation. Everything was outdated and in poor condition. Plates, cutlery, kitchen towels – all sticky, dirty, or stained. Nothing felt clean or cared for. The balcony shown in the pictures doesn’t exist – we were looking forward to relaxing on sun loungers and a big terrace. Instead, we felt scammed and deceived. After how the rude woman treated us, we felt disgusted even having paid money for this.

The host was super helpful - we came around 00:30 and he waited for us even though the flight was delayed. The apartment was super clean. Bonus point if you like old classic Italian style. 😊 Thank you!!

This accomodation is located a short distance from the beach with a view of tall palm trees. For the price, we appreciated to rooms a private kitchen a balcony and free parking next to the house. We definetely recommend it.

Big balcony. Has all you need and is close enough to beach and City center. Very clean. The host was punctual and explained the best he could (he doesn’t speak English) everything we needed. Has potential to be a perfect place if some updates would be made. The best part is you can park your car right there for free and not have to worry. To find the apartment was tricky but if you put BISCOTTIFICIO PASTRY Mocciaro in your GPS it brings you to the building and the apartment entrance is just behind this building.

The beds are quite old and not very comfortable. Everything else is somehow quaint because the apartment is still furnished from about 40 years ago. Kinda like staying with your grandparents. Oh and 2 flights of stairs so be prepared to carry your luggage.

Location was good, free parking, clean. Easy walk into the historical district, about 15 minutes walk.

The shower went from scalding to freezing every 3 minutes, the televisions were antiquated, image was blue, the apartment is very outdated.

Location was close to city centre

Accomodation was not as stated . When I booked this apartment, the advertised photos were not the apartment I got. There 4 wooden chairs in the kitchen which now was the living room. The tv was very small and sat on clothes drier in the kitchen. The kitchen doubles as the living area, nowhere to sit comfortably. Some windows wouldn’t open for fresh air. The kitchen pictures were false, nothing like I got. The photos of the balcony were false. I have kept photos of the actual size. The ad showed this large balcony but my one was a few feet wide. I have no doubt they have some other apartments that are larger but not mine. I don’t think it’s acceptable to have a small kitchen with wooden chairs and expect it to be called a living area, not exactly my idea of a holiday apartment. Seriously expected to relax for the night sitting on a hard wood chair in a kitchen!!!!!!!! The unit was very dated, nothing extra not even a bottle of water. We were very disappointed and opted to leave and found another nice accommodation not far away. We are frequent travellers. We were told we booked a “classic” apartment but nothing in the booking process indicated anything other than the photos.. Still trying for a refund
