Was a solid stay for us with the intention to stay for 1 day. Communication was easy, we had a free parking spot and the location is quite near to the city. We had everything we expected and I personally did not really hear the train nearby. With Google maps everyone can check distances etc. Other comments about "old furniture" might be true, but had absolutely no impact .. they are there and did not disturb on any ways. Also the "2nd room" was for me quite comfortable and we would come back again.

This is not a negative, we knew it and was no issue, but maybe worth mentioning that it is in 2 levels and suitcases need to be carried. So if you expect a lift or a "service" you should look for a more expensive location ;-)

Very nice host, great accommodations, very clean, great view off the balcony, short walk to restaurants and the beach, private parking was available during our stay.

Host is not on site, so coordinate your arrival time in advance to avoid delays. Room is close to the rail line, that doesn't bother me but if it does to you you may want to pick another location.

Big terrace, free parking. Location was good.

The host arrived half an hour late and was not friendly. He gave little information and was disinterested. The bedroom with 2 twin beds were very narrow and hard. All furniture is outdated. There was no clean cleaning kit in the kitchen.
