La situació per cotxe dolenta. Per mouret a peu be. Molt ben comunicat amb el centre.

Instal·lacions velles. Pocs i vells estris de cuina. i rentar hi roba. Sense extractor a la cuina i es l'únic lloc on s'hi pot menjar . Si l'utilitzes unicament per dormir es força correcte. Si vols fer-hi vida familiar bastant precari.. però per 5 dies, ens hem adaptat.
