Apartment Rua Corpo de Deus in Coimbra

А very old apartment in a very old, almost abandoned building. Extremely cold and humid. The host was late in handing over the keys and we had to leave 1 hour earlier than the time of writing. I do not recommend

Central location, really good informative hosts

Unfortunately we all found the beds really uncomfortable

Flat was big, comfortable and well located. It was on the ground floor, one side and about tenth floor on the other. Restaurants, bars and shops close by but remember the hill.. The full University tour makes the stop worthwhile.

The hills (but they are good for you). The doors are for the thin... Parking is limited.

The location was excellent, but getting there by car was a nightmare. We took a wrong turn at the last intersection, and ended up going through an Inition Well similar to that in Quinta da Regaleira. Thankfully, the owner (Motor Cyclist Bill) met us downhill, and delivered us from evils.

Modernizing the bathroom would make this lodging more appealing. Perhaps an instruction to start looking for a parking space on R. Martins de Carvalho and then walk to the property would be less stressful for peole not familiar with the site.

The location was great, close to fado, restaurants, and attractions. The apartment was very clean and the furnishings were very ornate. Felt authentic to the age of the property.

Since it is in the old part of the city, the street was very narrow, steep and hard to find. But once there, the owner showed us a parking spot on the street not far from the apartment. Only one side of the doors would open, so doorways were very narrow. There wasn't enough seating in the living room for 3 people. There is a spacious patio with lots of seating, but it was raining when we were there so we couldn't use it.

Beautiful old apartment in old town Coimbra. Easy walk to everything. Great patio with view of the city. Owner met us and helped us find nearby parking.

Love the balcony .

Great situation, easy walking to all attractions. Pedro was incredibly kind & helpful. Fado restaurant just around the corner.
