It has a great location in the city center with a nice view of the red roofs of the houses in Coimbra. Parking is not possible on Coimbra's narrow streets, but you can leave your car for free in the Convent parking garage on the opposite side of the Mondego River.

The equipment and furniture deserve better care. While everything is relatively new, some pieces (such as the chairs in the kitchen) are broken or malfunctioning. We would appreciate a better-equipped kitchen. We paid for five people, but we only found four beds. The internet was horrible and could ruin the whole stay.

L’appartement est idéalement situé, en plein cœur du quartier historique. Tout est accessible à pied : restaurants, bars, supermarché, arrêt de bus… Parfait pour profiter pleinement du séjour. L’immeuble et la rue sont très calmes, ce qui permet de bien se reposer.

Nous avons séjourné en famille (5 personnes) et avons rencontré plusieurs problèmes dans l’appartement : Les équipements de cuisine étaient vraiment insuffisants (seulement 2 fourchettes, 2 couteaux, 2 cuillères à soupe et 3 petites cuillères pour 5 personnes). Beaucoup de saleté dans les meubles de la cuisine. Un trou dans le mur qui mériterait d’être réparé. Plusieurs prises murales ne fonctionnaient pas. Des chaises étaient cassées. Le plus grave : la balustrade intérieure, qui n’a toujours pas été réparée et représente un danger réel, surtout avec des enfants. Lorsqu’on met un logement en location, il est indispensable de réinvestir une partie des recettes dans l’entretien et la sécurité de l’appartement.

Óptima localização, muito perto do centro turístico, apartamento agradável e decorado com gosto embora com material e mobiliário fraco. Equipado com o mínimo indispensável. No geral muito agradável, bairro simpático. A casa de banho é simpática, tem secador de cabelo.

Era essencial ter ar condicionado, é um sótão, muito quente mesmo à noite e mesmo com ventiladores. O vidro das escadas está perigosamente solto, sobretudo para as crianças, tivemos de estar alertas. Um pequeno investimento num serviço de pratos e talheres no Ikea deixava os utensílios já em condições, faltavam talheres para 4 pessoas e pratos são reunidos de vários serviços. Faltava detergente da loiça, pode ser uma cortesia muito benvinda. No WC, o chuveiro verte um pouco de água pela torneira mas o banho não é afectado. A parede tem um buraco e as cadeiras estão a rachar no tampo, de fracas. É pena, estas pequenas melhorias tornariam o apartamento excelente. São críticas construtivas, espero que sejam atendidas. O estacionamento é difícil.

Very spacy and nice room, perfect location, clean, comfortable to stay. Close to public transport. Short walking distance to ancient town, easy to find around coffee and dinning places.

Because it is very center, it is noisy from the neighbourhood resaurants.

The flat was really clean and the location is as central as it gets. There is a basic kitchen for preparing simple meals. The stay was also rather inexpensive.

We booked this flat for a business trip of ca. 10 days and for that we would have needed a fast internet connection. Contrary to what we read from the ratings, the connection was actually very slow and sometimes barely functioning! There is also no air conditioning (however, there are some fans available) and no washing machine in the flat. As we stayed for a relatively long time, we would have needed one. There were a few laundromats around town, within ca. 20-30 mins uphill walking time. I would suggest that placing a washing machine even downstairs in the communal area of the building would make life much easier for the guests. These things would probably not be a problem for a one or two nights stay though.

the location was amazing. we were a group of 5 and we managed to sleep well.

we were five people but there were only 4 chairs which made us put the table in front of the couch. there was a hole in the wall
