Comfort Apartment Barițiu Brașov

The apartment was clean and comfortable. It was located in the middle of the old town center next to the black church which made it easily accessible if we went on a night out.

We were able to check in early, which was a great start – but sadly, it was the only positive part of our stay.

The property was not properly cleaned: footprints on the floor, a wet bathroom on arrival, and a horrible drain smell that lingered the entire time. On the first morning, the kitchen floor was covered in ants, likely due to crumbs left behind. The floors were very uneven throughout, with the back room noticeably sloping. The couch was extremely uncomfortable, small and hard – not what you want to come back to after a long day out. To top it off, the digital TV didn’t work properly due to a poor antenna connection, which should really be fixed. Overall, this place was a letdown. It needs serious attention before it can be recommended to guests.

Cheap beddings, hard to find parking place.

Very centrally located, just off the main square in Brașov, and easy walking distance to all the main sights within the old town, and lots of restaurants. Despite very cold weather the apartment was warm and comfortable. The apartment was well equipped and the hosts were responsive to messages.

No parking included, and access is on a busy road, so dropping off luggage wasn’t possible, but good value public parking available within 5 minutes walk
