Great location and great host

Beautiful apartment, immaculately clean and perfect location!

Located smack in front of the Piata Sfatului Square.

The apartment was advertised with 3 bedrooms, but it had 2 with a third bed situated in an open space between them. To access the kitchen and bathroom from the third "bedroom," one had to walk through this open space, essentially the second bedroom. Only the first bedroom had a functional door. The third bedroom's door was faulty, as was the door leading to the hallway. The "bed" in the third room was a stiff, squeaky sofa bed. A laundry room was present, but off-limits. The single bathroom was inadequate for accommodating 5 guests. Only the first bedroom offered any privacy. Additionally, there was no dedicated parking. We spent an hour looking for public parking and eventually found a spot 1.5 km away. It's frustrating to have a centrally-located apartment but waste time on parking and walking. I wouldn't recommend this place; it's not worth the hassle or cost.

Had a fantastic stay at Comfort Apartment. The apartment is in the heart of the old town, just a few steps from Council Square and the Black Church. It is the perfect location for exploring all that Brasov has to offer. The apartment is very spacious and beautifully furnished, perfect for a family. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen. The beds are very comfortable and the bathroom is spotless. The hosts, Adelin and Claudia, were extremely helpful and provided lots of information before we arrived which meant finding the apartment was straightforward. Adelin was always available to answer our questions, provided a cot for the baby and provided us with great information about Brasov. I would highly recommend Comfort Apartment to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Brașov. It is a beautiful apartment in a great location with fantastic hosts.

Nothing, everything was fantastic.

We had a really nice stay in this apartment. It is very well situated right in the city center next to the main square. The rooms are clean and have big comfy beds. Hosts are very nice and provided us with all the info we needed.

it's large, clean and has a lot of bedrooms

The picture doesn't show any stairs, and even though I asked the host about the entry before confirming the reservation, they didn't mention anything about stairs. Since we are a group of women and an older man, we can't carry our luggage up the stairs. I'm really unhappy with how the host responded, so I told him that I want to cancel the rest of the reservation, but he said he can't return our money!

Everything! The location was amazing for us, food and shops were within a few minutes walk. The apartment was immaculately clean. Facilities were great, everything we needed. Hosts were very helpful and gave clear instructions . Photos are a true reflection of the property.
