Location is excellent, just off Lacson (main thoroughfare with plenty of public transport), in front of the Capitol, places to eat nearby (Felicia's pastry and coffee right in front), a convenience store on the ground floor. Check-in and communication with host was smooth. Facilities are as described: hot and cold shower, fridge, small kitchenette (with electric stove, oven toaster, and water heater), a small-sized pool on the rooftop. Super comfy bed and small seating area for two. Note that the unit is not 100% brand new, so there are signs of wear and tear, but that is only normal. You also get a lovely view of the sunrise over the mountains as a bonus!

Just a little bit more cleaning and a little bit more toiletries (for longer stays).

Quiet, fast wifi, good location. Bidet was leaking but maintenance the staff fixed it quickly

Room is spacious. Bed is comfy. The staff were very accomodating. Location is excellent. It's in the center of the city surrounded by good restos, stores, mall, etc.

Loved the morning view of the sunrise over the mountains. Corner room so good view from two sides. The owners were very nice and helpful.

It was a basic room what I expected. There was nothing I didn’t like all good

The property is at the heart of Bacolod.

No extra clothes hanger and the trash bin is quite small.
