The aircon is not working well. You need to turn on the electric fan.

Accommodating hosts. The location is very convenient too.

The curtains are very dusty. It triggered my allergies. Maybe the cleaners could have done a better job. The showerhead could be positioned better. It is hard to take a shower if the showerhead is not adjustable.

I’m happy with the overall facility. It has more than what I need during my stay. The location is excellent too because it is walking distance to Ayala Malls and other establishments like restaurants, banks and the city capitol. The owners are very responsive too because I checked in later that day, so the communication was prompt.

It is inevitable that the noises coming from below, such as karaoke singing will echo up to the building. it’s quite disturbing but I guess that’s how it is.

we didnt get to try the pool because of the schedule thing. but its ok aside from that.

The host is very accommodating. We book his place last minute and he responded very quick to our inquiries and even prepared the room right away. Location is good. Very convenient to food and restaurants and transportation. Very clean and good view

If you have a vehicle, there would be a problem with the parking because the property has no adequate parking area. This problem is negligible to us because we just rented a motorcycle that requires only a small space for parking.
