Estrema gentilezza e disponibilità del proprietario riguardo check-in e check-out. Ottima posizione per raggiungere il centro a piedi. Appartamento silenzioso. Tutto l'occorrente per potere cucinare.

Casa bella e moderna. Posizione tattica, parcheggio top.

Maurizio was very helpful and patient with our late arrival, which after a long day travelling was appreciated. The apartment is welcoming and has a is well equipped kitchen and easy access, with the bonus a of secure parking for those wanting to do day trips, although being centrally located, it is a reasonably easy walk into the centre of Bolzano. It close enough to enjoy a few cable car trips up the mountain, which was lovely.

We are guessing that the apartment is not well sound proofed as a neighbour made it clear we disturbed him with our late arrival, even though we are a reasonably quiet group. There was some disappointment for us when we realised that it is not a Three Bedroom Apartment as initially advertised. It is in fact a two bedroom apartment with a sofa bed in the Kitchen/dining area. This has now been adjusted to reflect actuality and following several communications with Booking.com and Maurizio, apologies and assistance was offered and we managed with the layout.

Proprietario gentilissimo, serio, accogliente,preciso e puntuale. Posizione vicino al centro e servizi come autobus e treni. Struttura pulita ed accogliente munita di tutti i confort compreso posto auto. Da consigliare.
