Living Rencio: vicino al Centro di Bolzano

Perfect location - nice open spaces and comfortable beds. The balcony is fabulous - would have been really good had it been warmer outside!! Loved having the transport cards and came in great use to take the cable car up and enjoy the scenic train in the Dolomites. Great to have indoor parking. Really appreciated the reception for the owner and all the provided information. Nice to have coffee available and some drinks offered.

The entry is hard to find. The GPS tells you to turn onto a street which is in fact the indoor parking - would be good to add this to guests coming by car.

Great stay! We had a few questions and Mauricio was so helpful, we really appreciated how quick he was to respond. The travel cards were a great deal and he took the time to show us how to find the bus, the tram, the grocery store, etc. Highly recommend!

The location is very close to the Cable car and also to city Center. A lovely apartment with all facilities. Loved staying here and Maurizio is very helpful and an excellent host.

Huge apartment with everything there. The host was so helpful and friendly, he spent a lot of time explaining everything. So many brochures and information. Awesome. A little daunting when you first get there but when you have parked your car in a secure garage. Just get on and enjoy Bolzano

I enjoyed my stay at this property due to its excellent location, just a short walk to Bolzano's city center, or accessible via the bus stop right outside. The convenience of having a garage was a bonus, making parking hassle-free, and it was connected directly to the flat by an elevator.

I suggest updating the bathtub to a modern shower.

I absolutely loved that we we received a Bolzano card for each person in our reservation. The location was quiet and comfortable. The host was very kind and helpful. There was a little walk to the center of town, but 100% worth it with what you get in return. I loved the espresso machine with coffee pods included as well as the welcome basket of goodies. Highly recommended, and I hope to get the opportunity to stay again. Family of 5 - with 11, 9 and 6yo.
