Shower in the bath tub. Preferred to be separate and possibly an exhaust fan in the bathroom. Shade on the balcony to cover the sun in the afternoon.

Maurizio is very nice and available. The apartment has everything you need!

Maurizio is an excellent host! He met us on the arrival, explained and showed everything and there was a nice welcome basket. The flat is spacious and has everything for family needs. Special thanks for Bolzano card, it let us save a lot on museum/transport tickets!

We receivied the Bolzano card which we used to ride the buss, on the Renon cable and train and the entrence to the Otzzi museum. The bus station was right outside the building. Maurizio was very kind and answered promptly on Whatsapp. We received a welcome basket with drinks and refreshments. We enjoyed to balcony.

The living room and kitchen was a little crowded for a family of four.
