Hard today as it was inhabitable and we left after 15 mins.

I had a truly awful experience at this property. On arrival, the room had a strong damp, mouldy smell with an additional unpleasant odour that reminded me of rat poison. It felt unhealthy and unfit to stay in. My friend began having an allergic reaction (breathing shortages) shortly after we arrived, so we left within 15 minutes. Nothing in the property was used or touched. When we raised the issue, the owner was dismissive and denied there was any problem, claiming the smell was just cleaning products. She also refused to refund the money even though we did not use the property at all. She was appallingly rude and kept denying and refusing to acknowledge the true condition of the accommodation. That response was unhelpful and did not address the serious condition of the property. I would not recommend this accommodation to anyone!

Lovely comfortable annexe in a beautiful location. Perfect for exploring Dartmoor and the Devon countryside. Hosts are very welcoming.
