"Cosy nice apartment"

9.0

Great location. Just in 15 minutes by walking to train station and Lidl. Quiet. Windows facing backyard perhaps offered not the best view but secured quietness. Good choice of kitchenware. Great communication with host.

No chair and table. Used bedside table as a dining table and bed as a chair. Artificial plant in the corner was covered by tonne of dust.

"Could do a lot better."

3.0

Clean and tidy apartment. Good location.

No bath towels provided, entrance area and stairs were filthy and smelled disgusting. TV did not work. Mattress thin, lumpy and uncomfortable. Very small, could only sit on bed. Too small for more than one person.

"Not pleasant"

2.0

Location was good.

A fire alarm went off for over half an hour disturbing a planned rest time. The headrest of the bed had stains on it and the sink in the bathroom was partially blocked. I couldn't fit into the shower as a 6ft 3 man and underneath the bed was very dirty with lids, paper, and a lot of dust. Hair on the tea towels and dead batteries on the TV remote control

"Conveniently located, clean and lovely vibe once inside the property. Great communication with the agency managing it."

7.0

Location and overall feel of the property

Wobbly toilet seat I fell off and moved each time I used it. It looked too small and unfixed.

"A REAL DOG HOLE STAY AWAY"

1.0

We arrived about 2pm at 33 Midland road, it looked like a slum area, but hey we were only staying inside. We rang for our key code because they would not email it in advance. It took 3 calls before someone answered, finally after a lot of hassle we got our key code. We opened the front door to the Terrace House and the hall stank like a public urinal, there was small litter everywhere on the carpet, it looked like it had not been vacuumed in months. We climbed the very narrow stairs holding our suitcases in front of us, not so easy to do at 75 and we opened the front door. It was an original tiny bedroom turned into a so called studio unit. It was so tiny there was not room to have a bedside table on both sides of the DOUBLE BED. There was not enough room to open a suitcase on the floor, so you had to open it on the bed, get what you want, close it again and find a spot on the floor to put it where you would not fall over it in the night when going to the toilet. There was no small table or any chairs to sit at when eating, no comfy chair to sit on while watching TV, The kitchenette was so tiny you had to put the sink drainer in the sink upside down and use it as a place to put your plate while preparing a sandwich, THERE WAS NO TOASTER, so no way to make toast for breakfast. We had to make about 4 more calls to connect someone to get Wifi information and had it on for just 2 hours. We absolutely need wifi to plan our next accommodation and trip. We rang again about 5 times and was told the router was in a second flat and we should go and knock on the door and ask them to reboot the router. There was no one home next door, not even at 10 pm when we went to bed, they were gone before 7 next morning so no more Wifi. The Bathroom was so tiny it was front in back out, the basin would not drain properly, the shower was so tiny you had to back in and when you closed the sliding glass door it was impossible to wash yourself, so you had to get in wet yourself down and then

rinse off the shower measured 600mm X 600mm with a curved shower screen, it was 3 square feet in area, measure it on your floor to see how tiny it is. SHABBY SHABBY PLACE, if it is not illegal then it should be. IF YOU HAVE TO STAY IN BRISTOL THEN STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE. Cost 103 ponds per night would have been overpriced at 20 pounds per night.
