Die Nähe des Stadtzentrums hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Man konnte viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichen.

Im Schlafzimmer gab es Schimmel! Sogar der Putzlappen in der Küche war schimmelig. Vom Vermieter gab es im Vorfeld kein Wort darüber, dass es in der Wohnung Schimmel gibt. In diesem Fall hätte ich die Wohnung auf keinen Fall gemietet

Sugerencia para mejorar, agregar luz, sobre todo en el pasillo era una luz muy tenue y escasa al igual que en la habitación.

Wonderful location, just 10 min by foot from the city center. The apartment has plenty of space, well furnished with everything in good condition. The kitchen was amazing, with all appliances and kitchenware needed for cooling like at home. There were even some basics like sugar, salt, oil, coffee and tea available for guests. Heating was also powerful so we did not chill. In general one of the best holiday apartments I've ever been

Everything with the property was good, but parking is a bit tricky. Maybe a tip for others traveling by car like we did. Dresden is a bit tricky with parking, and right in front of the building's entrance there is usually parking space, and the reason is that it is only allowed from 7:00 pm to 8:00 a.m. Else it is not allowed, not even paying for it. A bit further down the road there is a "Parking" sign and it is allowed to park for maximum one hour but only those parking spaces behind that sign, not before. If you want a less complicated parking experience, it is better to search for a spot in the street "Am Schießhaus" close to the Rewe supermarket. There you can stay for up to one day for 6 Eur per day, except for Sundays or public holidays which are for free. Usually there is space there. In general pay attention to the parking signals carefully to avoid any nasty surprises

Das 2. Schlafzimmer ist ein Durchgangszimmer zur Küche und auch Esstisch mit Stühlen sind in dem Zimmer. Bügeleisen undicht und total verkalkt.
