"Not 2 bedrooms - misleading description"

Location was excellent.

It was advertised and charged as a 2 bedroom apartment. In reality it had one bedroom, with another bed stuck in the corner of the living area. The photos & description were misleading to say the least. The carpet in the living room needed a good clean; several of the dining chairs were torn & worn.

location, equipment provided, lots of useful crockery and cooking utensils, quiet neighbours

The very stained mattress on the bed in the living area.Was so disappointed, and it was of a completely unacceptable standard. Pineapple apartments have messaged to say they will clean it, but quite frankly it needs binned.

spacious and well equipped

it would be great to have some instructions in the kitchen eg it took me ages to work out how to use the oven and hob and there weren’t all of the bins covered in the rubbish separation required

Spacious apartment with the smallest details thought through. We travelled with two teens and the convenience of the location and a fully equipped apartment was truly a blessing.

Nothing... It met all our needs and beyond.
