Victoria Breeze Suites, Entebbe

It is super close to the airport, clean, and very large and comfortable. The staff was responsive and friendly and even got water bottles for us in the middle of the night after we had arrived. The free airport shuttle was well organized and the breakfast excellent.

The only issue is they didn’t accept credit cards, which would’ve been fine if they had given me the change for the room when I paid in cash. Instead, I was just expected to lose an extra four dollars. I know this doesn’t sound like a lot, but it is the principle of the matter. This is the only reason we did not book a room for our last evening in Entebbe after our tour.

It was spacious and good value for the price. It had a great kitchen with all the necessary amenities. The shower and water pressure was great. On the surface, it was clean. They have a generator. They offer free airport shuttle.

The GPS directions took us to the ghetto. We got lost and it was a miision finding our way out. Although it was clean, they were cockroaches in the fridge. The TV cable was too short, so you couldn't turn it on. This establishment does not take credit cards, only cash in USD or Uganda shillings or Mobile Money. It is not registered on Booking.com. in one night they were over six power cuts.

Always a treat! Well kept and the friendliest staff. Every basic you need is a short walk away. Great place for a first timer or a frequent visitor.

The apartments with the view of the Lake were all occupied. But next time better.

This property is an exceptional value to those wanting a place to stay after arriving from a late night flight or who have an early morning flight. The property is a good size with a separate bedroom area and kitchen. Complimentary bottled water was given (which was needed). Water pressure was excellent. Shower had hot water. Assistance with our bags was great. The timely 12:30 am drive to the airport with assistance was also great! We did not have breakfast. It was a good stay with exceptional value.

I did not like receiving a message that I did not stay at the property. I also did not like being told that I "had to " pay in cash. I may have missed that on the website. For one night's payment, it was okay. I am glad that we received a receipt because I thought something was wrong when I received the message that we did not stay. It seemed like an undercover operation.
