Spacious spotlessly clean well-equipped rooms, comfortable beds with good blankets and pillows. Staff nice and welcoming and always trying to be helpful.

The noise level! The house itself is extremely noisy, tiled floors, echoing hallways, scraping heavy wooden furniture, banging heavy wooden doors, guests loudly arriving and leaving at all hours of the night. And the rooster in the garden which starts crowing loudly at 4 in the morning and never stops til 8 or 9. And the dog in the next yard, which was barking every afternoon for 4 or 5 hours nonstop. Also I'm not sure we really got the Genius Level 3 room upgrade because we could hardly see the lake. You could only glimpse a bit of water between the trees - my idea of a view of the lake is like your picture above.

it is quite, clean and perfectly located.

The location was fantastic. Near the lake and the airport.

The breakfast was not the best. They could do better with more variaty.

It is a quiet, homely place, we loved that they upgraded us to a bigger house and they brought our breakfast up to our room so we enjoyed it from the balcony. They were helpful with information on things to do around Entebbe.

Good size studio especially the bathroom and local style breakfast.

There was no indication on your site that cash was the only method of payment. The apartment had no balcony or view and should be be separately listed as a studio. The way the booking.com page was constructed was misleading - intentionally or otherwise .

No power on the last day for about 2 hours

Breakfast was great local food. Location very peacefully

The people at the place were very hospitable. They went out their way to help us, no matter what we asked for. Thank you.
