Location and outlook.

No undercover parking as promised. Oven dirty and obviously not cleaned after previous tenant. Main bed improperly made up.

My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The property was far too dirty and unclean—I've never experienced such poor hygiene in a hotel before. Considering I paid nearly $800 for just two nights, it was a complete waste of money.

Location was right on the beach which we wanted

No full length mirror Fridge is old and doesn’t stay closed The vacuum didn’t work

8 flights of stairs Oven trays not clean BBQ not clean. Door handle to main bedroom broken

The views were incredible

1. The builders working past 5pm and making loud noises, also having no safety regarding what they were working on. Elevator shafts left wide open while no one was there. 2. The other guests on the floor swearing and bashing on doors screaming for over an hour. Made me and my partner feel very unsafe. When we called guest services they pretty much just said wait until tomorrow and if they keep going then we’ll do something 3. The shower ran out of hot water after 5 minutes and didn’t come back on till later the next day, also leaked the entire time 4. Cockroach traps hidden throughout the apartment 5. The elevator being broken and only being informed after we booked as it wasn’t stated on booking.com 6. The bathroom light was dull and barely lit up the room. 7. All the lights switches half off the wall. Honestly a bunch of little things wrong that all added up. Went to talk to reception about it when we handed in our keys and got dismissed as soon as they were handed in. The view is great but it’s not worth the hundreds of stairs and lack of attention to detail in the room. Would probably not stay here again save your money there’s plenty of hotels in Forster

Good location.

The place was not suitable for living. It was full of fine concrete dust on the kitchen bench, carpet, and dining table. We contacted the host, and they moved us to another property.

Views were great great atmosphere and modern apartment.

Elevator was not working, not fun going on a relaxing holiday to find out you have to walk up 8 flights on stairs to get to where you are staying. Apartment needs to de cluttering and some deeper cleaning on toilets and cupboards.

A txt or email first thing that morning would be better so I knew all was good before the drive up from Sydney.

Lights were very, very dim in the bathroom.

Great location across from beach and swimming baths. Every appliance for self catering supplied in kitchen.

Range hood in kitchen. Needed to be 6 feet tall to access controls. Lift frightening.
