"Excellent location, average apartment"

The owner was friendly. The apartment has two big bedrooms, with old bathroom and doors. The location is the best part. Its in the main street of the center. Everything is 2 minutes away.

Not something special to be mentioned. A good renovation is needed.

locatie grozava

baia nu este renovata. polita din fata oglinzii statea sa cada, peretii din jurul geamurilor au fost nerenovate/finalizate ( s-au pus geamuri termopane si a ramas spuma si caramida)

"Apartament curat, confortabil într-o clădire veche destul de neglijată."

Amplasare ultracentrală, foarte curat, gazdă amabilă (după ce într-un final am reușit să intrăm în contact).

Nu mi s-a răspuns la mesajul inițial în care am cerut informații legate de parcare. Doar la telefon înainte de sosire am putut vorbi despre acest lucru. A fost un calvar să găsim parcare în centrul Brasovului și nu mi se pare corect că gazdele nu oferă ajutor în acest sens, în afară de câteva sugestii care nu ne-au fost de folos. Am putut parca în spatele magazinului Star și am plătit 120 de lei pentru aprox. 20 ore. Cele aprox. 15 minute de mers pe jos cu bagaje grele după noi în căldură aproape insuportabilă nu ne-au impresionat deloc. Dacă am fi știut, nu am fi rezervat această proprietate. Sunt alte proprietăți similare care oferă parcare (am mai fost așa la Brașov). Din această cauză nu recomand proprietatea deși din celelalte puncte de vedere a corespuns așteptărilor.

Dobre wyposażenie mieszkania. Ekspres do kawy. Czysto. Lokalizacja przy Starym Mieście. Idealne miejsce dla korzystających z uroków miasta. 10 m od sklepu spożywczego.

Rozkładana sofa jest mała i raczej nie da się na niej położyć dwóch osób. Ostatnia kondygnacja bez windy. Trudno znaleźć wolne miejsce na parkingach pomimo tego, że są one płatne.
