"Not enough beds in the apartment for 6 adults (even though it was pre-paid for 6 adults)"

Even though we had a reservation for 6 adults, which is already paid, there were only 5 beds in the apartment (2 pieces of double bed and 1 piece of single bed). When we complained the host refused our request to give us an extra mattress or extra blanket also.
