Good location near center

Insufficient towels. Soap recipient broken. Insufficient cuttlery (2 spoons for 3 people and only one eating knife) Broken tv frame Dust, windows aren't working properly Weak illumination, one light bulb works from time to time. Kitchen wall furniture dirty with coffee spots. All the walls are dirty and with scratches. Moisture at the window frame. Heating system started by itself and ruined us 2 nights, imagine sleeping in 19-th of april at 35-40°. The property staff told us that they can't help us because the building manager is on vacation. They advised us to sleep with the windows open or with the air cond on 🤦🤦‍♂️. Our 9 year old kid slept 3 hours/night because of the excesive heating. We changed our clother several tines/night because of the excesive sweating. The radiators were working at maximum heating. Worst conditions for 800 euros for 4 nights. This is a price for luxury apartments, not for your extremely weak conditions. The only plus is the central position and that's all. The manager responds only to questions that are good for him, he avoids when talking about a refund, refuses to answer if we can check in earlyer and so on. Not even a picture with the building for the first location ar the arrival. I searched on google maps and send them the photo to be sure where to check in. Also, someone at a superior floor was renovating with drilling machines and so on.

Clean, open and big apartment

Unfortunately the heating boiler wasn’t put on active and therefore we couldn’t wash ourselves at nicht when we arrived

This apartment has everything you would need - kitchen, living space, big bed, bathroom. We even cooked our own dinner rather than heading out to save money because the apartment had everything we needed. You could live in this place rather than just stay there!

Nothing at all - host was very responsive to a query I had about hot water and this was resolved within minutes

We like the cosy bed. We had everything necessary in the kitchen. It's ok for 1 night.

We had a challenge to find luggage storage, despite we're told it's 2 minutes walk, 20 minutes on Google maps and we hardly even found. There was no water in the apartment. You could leave at least 1 bottle.

Clean and warm apartment not far to city center and railway station. Great restaurants and coffee places near by.

Easy check in - very good location, private parking just inside the same building - near to the center - the apartment is clean and is good for short trip

The rooms were very clean. City center is just a short walk away and you´ll find several nice bars and restaurants within a 5 min walking distance.

the street in front of the appartment is quite loud. if you want to sleep with an open window you´ll have to close it in the morning when the traffic gets more intense.

The place is spacious and light but it is located in a main road therefore there is city traffic always, so openings windows is a trade with noisiness.

The settee needs a good clean up. We used it only once for a brief period then just used the wooden benches. There are no bedside tables. My expectation was linked to the price, which I felt it was high in proportion to the offering. We are travelling from London all around Italy so we have stayed so far in 7 different accommodations and this is the one that disappointed us.
