Riva Reno Apartments - Bologna Short Rental

The location is excellent, close to the center. The garage is just around the corner.The apartment is equipped with literally all the necessary things and appliances, including washing machines and dishes with the necessary washing tablets. Cooperation with the owners is excellent and access to the apartment is extremely easy and well explained

The air conditioner is very bad, there is moisture on the wall between the kitchen and the bathroom, and you can smell the smell of moisture in that area.

Easy to access, clear instructions, close to downtown

I know bologna well, I was living in that exact road, it is sad to see how that area become less safe than it was during the night. Apartment has very large windows with courtens, looking toward south. In the afternoon it can become hot also because air conditioned is not strong enough to keep the whole location fresh.

The cleanliness was a big issue - there was nail clippings on the sofa on arrival and loads of dust in the apartment, which resulted into a lot of coughing and sore throats. Kitchen facilities were advertised but there was no utensils. We contacted the host and got no response. poor experience overall.

Property was very nice & in a good location.

Had trouble reaching or getting a response from rhe rental company before we got there. Was told if we got there before 3 p.m we would be checked in. . Not one was there. Finally able to get in after calling 2x. Rental company did not seem to care.

Great location if you need to be between the city center and railway station. Short walk to both. Shops, restaurants and groceries nearby.

They need to do something about the main drainage pipes where the dishwasher and kitchen sink drain pipes connect. The wall where the the main pipes are hidden is always wet and smells like mold. I'm sure this is a well known problem.

The cleanliness & how big the apartment is . Everything you need is available in the apartment. Toiletries were more than enough. There is a store Pam right infront where we walk in the grab stuff to eat . The apartment is very central . Close to train station

It was abit difficult for the driver to locate the apartment. He had to drop us were he suspected was the address . I couldn’t make a call to the host because I didn’t have a local number . A guy that sells phone accessories was so helpful . He helped to call the host & she was able to subscribe the apartment. The process of self checkin was not easy . If you haven’t done that before make sure you communicate the host regarding this before arrival . The host was very friendly.
