I was told I'd have a balcony and I didn't. And there wasn't any common area like a lounge, a bar, or a rooftop space.

Overall my family had a comfortable stay - good for long term stay as it fully equipped and fully furnished . Great location, close to my son's university. Many restaurant around the place and grocery is nearby. Easy check-in and out

Some kitchen ware need replacement and it would be good is basic cleaning materials, for example bathroom is provided as you need to clean the place yourself.

Very noisy at night .

Clean, the location is well connected to downtown and other parts of the city, the photos are accurate, the building admin are greatly helpful, cooking utensils were supplied and the view was nice as well.

Lack of AC in summer, but there were fans supplied, so we had to keep the window open which was noisy when open.
