"Perfect stay"

Perfect apartment, perfect stay. Balcony is nice, although it may be windy there :-) Parking place available on two nearby streets. Some good restaurants few metres away. Luis is a very friendly person - and there was a welcome gift waiting for us in the apartment. The discount to SPAR market in the same building is a nice bonus. I totally recommmend Ventur Flat.

Corkscrew was broken (but we bought a new one in SPAR)

"A really lovely, clean and comfortable flat with great views from the terrace. I’d like to visit again."

The flat is exceptionally clean. It is fully equipped and has everything you’d possibly need, from spare bed linen and towels to extra loo rolls and tea towels. A complimentary bottle of Madeira vine is there to welcome you. The Spar supermarket is just below the flat (where Luis works) and a 10% discount is applied to all your shopping. Luis can arrange a taxi to the airport for you which is very helpful. All in all, I had a very enjoyable stay. :)

The property itself is great. However, the place Canico is quite hilly, so make sure your knees and hips are in check before you visit. There are over 70 stairs to the beach and the flat itself is on the second floor with no lift so add another 30 stairs to the mix.

"One of the best places I have ever booked through Booking.com"

Ventur flat was exceptionally clean, with ample amounts of linen and towels and a very comfortable bed. The kitchen area was excellent with everything you could possibly need and also a comfortable seating area with a flat screen TV. The Wi-Fi was good quality and consistent. However, it was the balcony, with it’s wonderful sea view, that made the property for us. It was so lovely to sit out in the morning for breakfast and to enjoy a glass of wine in the evening as the sun was going down. In addition to this, the number of excellent restaurants within a very short walking was great. A Traineira and Vila Ventura garden restaurant were our favourites. I would highly recommend this property!
