Top Floor in City Center Funchal

De ligging was perfect, het gehele centrum lag op loopafstand. Het was ook redelijk rustig. Er is een parkeerplaats bij in de parkeergarage direct onder het complex. Dat is ook heel fijn. Wij verbleven er in november en het was qua temperatuur goed te doen, ‘s nachts zelfs aan de warme kant. Ik denk dat het hier in de zomer véél te warm wordt en er is géén airco!

De onderhoudstoestand van de woning was slecht: 5 defecte lampen , defecte wandcontactdozen, defect zonnescherm, krakkemikkig meubilair op het terras, geen kussens die passen op het terrasmeubilair.

De ligging , perfect centraal en dicht bij het centrum en de promenade. Twee slaapkamers en ook twee badkamers, datwas heel fijn. De keuken was heel compleet en er stond een wasmachine

We hadden het idee dat er af en toe iemand in ons appartement was geweest, misten kleine dingen als koffie en creamer wat we zelf hadden meegebracht. Ook stonden er op een dag twee ramen open in de keuken die wij zelf niet hadden geopend, en lag er een veiligheidsspeld op mijn kastje in de slaapkamer die ik daar absoluut niet had neergelegd.

Tolle Wohnung in der Altstadt von Funchal. Direkt neben der Markthalle. Eine große Terrasse mit Blick auf den Antlantik und die Berge. Eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Absolute Top Lage! Großes Apartment mit riesiger Terrasse. Parkplatz in der Parkgarage im Haus und im Preis enthalten- besser geht‘s nicht. Großer Supermarkt 5 min entfernt, in wenigen Minuten in der Altstadt und bei der Cable Car.

Wow, what a fantastic location overlooking the farmers' market and a few minutes walk to restaurants, Santa Maria street with the painted doors, the seafront, harbour, cable cars. The rooms are very large, spacious and with high ceilings and lots of storage space. The balcony is absolutely enormous with amazing views of the cable cars going up to Monte and there is also a spiral staircase that gives you views across the other side to the Farmers' market and harbour. The apartment was clean. Having a parking space in the parking garage below was so useful and secure. The building has 3 floors of parking with apartments on the upper floors. Our host Miguel was very polite and helpful.

The terrace/balcony is enormous and would benefit from some modern, comfy chairs and recliners. The sun loungers were basic, plastic without cushions and the chairs round the table had broken backs - we just felt that this outdoor furniture let down the stunning balcony
