"We loved the flat and made our own meals to eat out on the balcony some nights."

We were right in the centre of Funchal in walking distance of the front and cathedral. The flat was fairly big and had a lovely big balcony area.

There were 2sets of steep stairs to take luggage up.

L'appartement et l'emplacement

Les propriétaires sont vraiment là pour faire de l'argent ! Nous partions en vacances avec notre bébé de 1 an, il y a d'énormes travaux très bruyant en face du logement, Nous avons abordé plusieurs fois le sujet avant le départ et les propriétaires nous ont bien mentis sur la fin des travaux. Aucune excuse, aucune compensation.... Les vacances ont été bien entaché par les nuisances.

Vieta nuostabi, arti senamiesčio ir krantinės. Terasa vakarojimui puiki. Labai švaru, tvarkinga. Yra visos reikiamos priemonės pradedant buitiniais prietaisais, baigiant pliažo rankšluoščiais. Arti prekybos didelis centras, kavinės, automobilio parkavimo aikštelė tiesiai po namu (mokama).

Laiptai į 3 aukštą, bet to nepakeisi, jei nori gyventi bute su terasa ir šalia vykstančios statybos.

The apartment is roomy , clean and modern in an excellent location.

There is extensive building work going on in a building opposite the balcony with constant building noise ( shouting, hammer and kango noise, banging, dropping things ) going on between 0800 and 1900. Meant you didn't want to sit outside or have any of the windows open because of the noise. Don't know when this building work will finish.

"This apartment was very clean and in a very convenient location."

We liked everything. Even the 3flights of stairs were not a problem.

This was not your fault but the constant jack hammering was annoying.
