Such a great, central, comfortable apartment. Just what we needed to walk easily to every part of old and Centro Funchal! Edificio Charles team were attentive, kind and efficient, really doing more than necessary to make our stay easy and pleasant. Obrigado!

Fantastic location , close to shops, bars and cafes. The promenade was a short 5 to 10mins walk. The apartment was well maintained, and fresh towels supplied regularly. We were on the third floor and thankfully there was a lift! Access to the building was easy, and Jose communicated well.

There was street noise at night time, mainly on Saturday night. Earplugs could help! Despite the noise,we would stay here again

Very good location in the city centre if you like that shopping and restaurants and even a supermarket are all around, very clean, a coffee machine with coffee was also nice.

The bed and pillows were not that comfortable, but the staff was very helpful and they changed pillows as I requested.

Excellent location. Very clean. Great layout. It had its own AC unit. Check in instructions were clear and concise.

Bed and the pillows were not comfortable. Low water pressure in the bathroom sink and shower. Wifi was slow. I had to use my cellular data most of the time.

Wonderful accommodation in central old Funchal. Many great places to eat, cafes, buses within a short walk. Groceries around the corner. Couldn’t have been any better. Wonderful’
