Good location of the apartment, a walking distance to the center. Parking for a car was convenient. Everything was as described, the view is not impressive from the window, but it wasn’t bothering us. Good contact with the owner.

The floor in the apartment was dirty, full of dust and hair. After informing about this, the cleaning service was sent again to clean the floor. Unfortunately the floor still was dirty, less but dirty..

Modern apartment with everything you need, covered parking at 5,5 euros per day and 10 minutes walking from the city center. The host is available on the Phone for any questions or issue.

A bit dark since windows are only on one side of the flat. Overall everything is more than fine considering you are always outside exploring the island.

Great location, a lot of storage room and comfy bed

Check-in was a little difficult, as we were not sure if we had to park in a specific spot, as the video showed only the car driving until level 3 in the garage and then stopping there. We also had some troubles finding the keys to the apartment, but we managed in the end. The shower was a bit unstable. Price was a bit high concerning the fact that parking was not included.

Video instructions are less convenient than written. Lift was broken. Hosts asked what time I’d like to check in, but the check in time was fixed at 16:00 and they didn’t get back to me until 16:00. There were ants

The location felt safe and was well situated for exploring Funchal. Close to the old town and handy for most things. There was a car hire place just across the road and a parking garage below the accommodation.

A bit complicated to use the elevator as you have to memorize codes. Paid parking. Unfriendly staff in the building, especially the parking lot.

muy bien localizado, cerca del centro, el barrio muy tranquilo, un plus que el edificio tenga un parking publico con un precio de 5 euros por día y que te sube directamente a la puerta del apartamento.
