The apartment was clean and well equipped. Location is great, the harbor is a 5 minutes walk from here. There is a parking garage in the same building with great pricing. (4€ per day)

Getting in for the first time was tricky but we solved it quickly via a phone call.

"Good choice for staying in Funchal."

Perfect location . The hosts are extremely helpful and supply information about the city etc continuously. The apartment is perfect for a couple , with all you would need for your stay, also for a longer stay.

Unfortunately there is a building site next door and if you would like to sleep in, that might be a problem (I estimate the noise level will continue for the next year) the apartment has no view and looks upon the building site and ruinous buildings . If you like a firm mattress , you might find this one lumpy.

The location is perfect for exploring the city as it's all within walking distance, the bus stop is also right in front of the building. There are some paying and some free street parking options around as well, but if you are looking for convenience there is a parking garage right next to the building. The studio is exactly as shown in the photos, furnished with a good taste. It was clean and comfortable, the kitchen is also well-equipped with all the essentials. Blackout curtains much appreciated.😊 The hosts are also very welcoming and ready to help with any questions.

A bit of miscommunication with the self check-in at first, but it was quickly sorted out.

The mamagers of the property were so nice to us, helped us with several things during our stay. We would rate the hospitality 10/10! The flat was modern and clean. Provided us with everything we needed including a cheap parking in a garage in the building.

Great apartment. stylishly and comfortably furnished. There is everything you might need for a comfortable stay. Very good location, the old town is around the corner. The owners are helpful and courteous
