"Light and comfortable apartment in a good location"

Well equipped and very clean. Modern and comfortable furniture in a well designed space. Air-con in all rooms. Lovely pool area, quiet most of the time, with good views out to sea. Excellent location with lots of restaurant choice within easy walking distance and only about 20 minutes walk into centre of Funchal.

Terrace / patio furniture limited. Larger terrace has no furniture, uninteresting view and at eye-level to nearby road. Smaller patio only has space for small table and 2 chairs. Window shutters to 2 of the 3 bedrooms had failed closed. Brought to our attention when we arrived and explained that it was as the result of previous occupants ‘playing’ with the mechanism. Not repaired during our stay although we were there for 12 nights. There is no free parking, but parking cheap at a max of about 5 euros a day.

Gorgeous clean apt, lots of nice restaurants and easy access into the centre. Fab saltwater public pool just 5 mins away great for kids.

"Excellent apartment."

Quiet location. Nice balcony with seaview for breakfast/lunch. Everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. Really spacious accommodation. Lovely restaurants nearby..Good walks. We enjoyed the pool, which was well kept Aircon was much appreciated.I would happily return.
