Great central location, very clean room and common areas, fresh towels every third day, fully equipped kitchenette, kind and responsive staff.

The bed was really hard and uncomfortable.

The apartment was very clean and in an excellent location! The kitchen was very well equipped and the bathroom was lovely.

The beds were on the hard side and we didn’t have a balcony which was shown in the photos.

Third time staying - for a reason! I can’t fault this place. Fabulous location, great value, clean and comfortable.

The access is purely through pin codes, both at the entrance to the building and the apartment itself. This was extremely convenient. The location is right in the middle of Funchal. There are a lot of restaurants, shops, etc around. The teleferic station is within a 5-10 min walk.

The tradeoff for this location is the lack of parking space, but I don't see how this can be improved. If you are looking to rent a car, factor in that you will need to pay for private parking in one of the nearby car parks. For example Almirante Reis Car Park is 15 EUR (price from May 2024) per 24 hrs and is located 10 mins away (walking).

Location is excellent.

Checking in was hard. Didn't have a code. Finally met someone outside who let us in.

This is a tidy and well priced hotel in the city centre. It is not extravagant, but was exactly what I was looking for. I can highly recommend this hotel for those looking for similar things.

Location perfect. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

A perfect place to stay in the heart of Funchal. Very comfortable amd clean room with all the basic facilities one might need and helpful staff.
