Very, very nice appartment in the center of Funchal. Magnificent view on the city and the mountains around. Really nice owners and persons who can help. Everything I need when I come to Funchal. I really feel at home there.

My only fear is that if I make a better comment, Fernando (the owner) will increase his price. :-). (and that I couldn't no more be able to pay a further location.... :-) (Please Fernando help ). But this appartment is it worth.

Great spacious apartment. Good location and nice relaxed and friendly host. the terrace and view is a plus.

A little old amenities. It could need a refreshand a better ventilation.

The location is great. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. Appreciated the 12 noon checkout.

The shower leaks quite badly onto the bathroom floor and several light bulbs need replacing

Just a bit cold in the rooms. Only one heater was available. Would be nice if you had some blankets in the rooms for winter only.

the view from 3 patio doors,lounge & both bedrooms was fantastic. position for Funchal was superb, a massive balcony and quite new fittings throughout with a modern twist to them. All rooms are the biggest I’ve come across and the storage was massive you could never fill it. Photos on web site are a good reflection of the property.

The balcony doesn’t have the sun shinning on it as it’s facing north- northwest. This may improve during later months but during January left the area and apartment quite cool. when it warms balcony could benefit from sun loungers. Kitchen equipment could be extended a little eg more/smaller pans.
