Clean and big place with 2 bathroooms. Climatization in room. Quite place 5-10minutea walk to center.

Missing nets against moskitos on windows, that is only cons we have.

Very nice apartment with little living room/kitchen and bedroom with quality bedding. There was an outdoor space for our use. The owner was friendly and provided a bottle of very good wine as a welcome gift. He was around to accommodate any requests we had.

Small cooking area and scarse cooking aquipment. Smell of old homes, but it didn't bother us that much.

During our holiday around Balaton, we had the pleasure of staying at the apartment.The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful .The apartment is situated in a quiet street, providing a peaceful atmosphere while still being conveniently close to most of Hévíz’s attractions. We found it very easy to reach most of the interesting spots around Balaton by car as well.The apartment itself was clean and well-maintained, with charming and elegant decor. It featured a well-equipped kitchen and two bathrooms. The bedrooms were also very comfortable and well-appointed. One of the highlights was the spacious and cozy balcony, where smoking is allowed, but there are also several other designated smoking areas within the property. Overall, I highly recommend the apartment to anyone looking for a great value-for-money accommodation in Hévíz.

The owner lived on the ground floor. The house is at the end of the street. Silent place. About 10 minutes too walk from the center of town. Apartment very clean, older but comfortable.
