The accommodations were very comfortable and clean. We appreciated the location with its proximity to the Fish Market (which is so much more than that), the Cathedral and Piazza, Castello Ursino. It was easy to walk to multiple sights. Our host, Giuseppe, was generous with his knowledge of the area and recommendations. We especially enjoyed Da Antonio Trattoria. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience in Catania. It made us wish we were staying longer! Grazie, Giuseppe!

Good location

Misleading information about the different kinds of apartments that they offer. They are all on the ground floor yet they make you pay extra saying that it is on the first floor yet it is not. Hiding information in the fine print about paying extra money for towels and bed sheet. Owner was very rude and not welling to help. At first when we raised the issue that the apartment we were given is not what we got he said that he is not there in the city and then when it was escalated he said he is coming but never did. Anyways, i don’t recommend dealing with that person

Very clean. Spacy. Good location, close to everything and not so noisy, because it is located on a small street. Good new shower. The independent entrance and mezzanine floor with easy access to the apartment and the feel of independence.

The advertising of the property on Booking.com was misleading as it did not mention that there was an additional charge of 25 euros per person for bed sheets and towels until the payment was made and it was mentioned only in the confirmation. Even then, it was misleading as the additional charge also included free high-speed internet, capsules for coffee machines, and bottles of water.

The apartment was in a good, quiet location, not so far to the centre. You had everything that you needed - small kitchen with fridge and all the cooking stuff, coffee, tea, hairdryer, ever the iron. Area is quite quiet. There was a host waiting for us in the late evening. You can really feel like Italian family in there :) good price for good place.

Giuseppe is a kind person
