Everything was great, I felt like at home.

Host’s initiative to make as pleasant stay as it can be. Host was very responsible, provided a clear instructions how to check in and gave also additional suggestions where to spend time nicely in the vicinity nearby.

Te reciben muy bien y son atentos. A la habitación le entra mucha luz y ventilación. Y es grande. También tiene lavadora, que es de agradecer.

En mi opinión, no estaba todo lo limpio que me hubiese gustado. Luego también la incomodidad de tener llave para el baño, porque están separado de la habitación. Eso con una pequeña reforma se puede arreglar. Pero claro, yo hablo con mentalidad española. Aquí en Italia es típico verlo todo antiguo y sin reformar. A ese apartamento, con esa ubicación, le metes una reforma y le mejoras el servicio y le sacas más y mejor. Le faltan ganas de mejorar, para mi gusto.

Central location, the owner is very kind, smooth check in and out

The room was very spacious, the bed very comfortable, there was privacy, and the street wasn’t noisy. The self check-in its a very good point. The host was always available to help through whatsapp if I needed it. The bathroom was well provided and spacious too.

The breakfast was outside the structure so even if I payed with breakfast included, I didn’t get it. That point should be announced somewhere before you book the room.

Very clean place and the owner, Pierluigi, is very friendly and helps you with anything you want

You could hear every noise from the street and from neighbours upstairs

We were really satisfied with our stay, the room is big with nice design. You can find everything that you need, the property is very close to metro station which is make it very accessible to different places in Catania. Pierluigi is very nice and helpful as well

This is old nice italian flat with private rooms and common kitchen. We liked the room as it was big, clean and spacious, we were alone in the appartment sand used kitchen to eat and drink coffee.

You can’t cook in the kitchen and don’t have a microwave oven ( if it has it would be great)
