L'acqua calda, casa vicino alla stazione

Ho trovato una casa sporca e fredda il condizionatore riscalda solo la stanza da letto che si trova sul soppalco in cucina avendo un finestrone in legno ma non curato quindi aveva gli spifferi,foto ingannevoli, la casa e un piano terra, mi dispiace mi sono trovata malissimo

The location was perfect. 10 minute walk to the main train station and 15 minute walk to the centre. Also there is a grocery store 5 minutes away.

I'd prefer some comfy couch to watch tv and chill out.

Our host was wonderful. She welcomed us earlier and gave us recommendations for almost everything. The place was comfortable and easy to get to and a very good starting point.

The host Giovanna was great, she welcomed us and went out of her way to leave things early, gave us recommendations for going out, food and contacts for excursions etc. She was so correct.

Good location The host gave us pleasant recommendations, namely a trip to the Etna volcano and the Alcantara Gorge accompanied by a guide. Close to the train station and buses for visiting other sights

Pay attention to the buses because they don't really follow the schedule. The bus terminal is at a certain distance from the bus boarding location. Tickets cannot be bought from the driver at the bus terminal.

Just the location. And yeah, the owner spent 7 minutes with us telling us about Catania sightseeing attractions, restaurants, etc.

The minute we entered the place, the WiFi didn't work. It took 2 days (out of 4 nights that we stayed) to fix the WiFi. Her attitude was worse than the actual WiFi out of order. The flat was groundfloor, and the booking photos showed a balcony (non-existing). The owner wanted to charge extra sheets. Coffee machine didn't work, or the capsules weren't appropriate. The street is noisy, the neighbors too. All in all, I'd skip it next time.

The location is great. It's just a few minutes from the main station.

The bed wasn't very comfy but overall it's a good value for money. The only thing we didn't like was the air inside. It's kind of mildewy/dump odour and even though we had the window open it didn't go away. Also be careful how much money you pay for a city tax. The lady wanted the tax per number of days and not nights.
