"Happy even with the fridge mishap and would return."

Was very happy with the room - the only thing was during my stay the fridge started to leak water all over the floor which I walked through to go to the bathroom at night and had to put down a towel to soak up the water. I phoned the manager and she advised they were aware of it but I did not get notified in advance that it might leak. But they did bring extra towels in the morning for me to use. The fridge was getting replaced after my stay.

"Not quite what as expected!"

The accommodation was comfortable and basic. The information sheets were useful. It was reasonably clean. Good off street protected parking. Good location - close to hospital and Spirit of Tasmania Wharf.

The information sheets were sticky from use and some of the information out of date. A large pool of water kept forming on the kitchen floor coming from the refrigerator. The kitchen and bathroom floors were very slippery. Electric jug was damaged. Insufficient counter space in bathroom Noisy location.

"Central apartment in a quiet location close to amenities"

Central, easy to get there with basic essentials needed for a comfortable stay.

Carpet looked dirty and with stains and a bit old, needs to be renewed . Photo did not match our unit

Communication on receiving the code for the lock Way too difficult for a simple request. Your website makes the misleading comments that a message will be sent on the morn of the check in date which is not accurate apparently. Then to further complicate things the service provider is reluctant to give a time frame n which we will get the code . I then press for the information which to me is not unreasonable to get a positive response that I will receive the code before I get to the apartment so I am not waiting around . I then get a speech about how busy they are and past experience of problems with past customers who have turned up before the check in time. The internal problems of the service providers are not my problem and the past actions of others is not my business aswell . I just required the positive comment of when I would get the code so I could then not have to think about is there a problem with your system because as mentioned above you clearly told me you have had past issues . In saying all this the code did infact get to me before my arrival and all was good . Pity the service provider has clearly had past experiences that make her nervous about giving the code for the lock . In my case the code came to me on time . I would suggest in the future have faith in your own system and just tell people you will receive the code before your arrival and perhaps change your website
