Quiet comfortable

Wire door didn't lock. tv remote needed new batteries.

I really needed the heating blanket in the bed and glad there was one. I was unwell and it was life-saving.

The shampoo holder in the shower needs some repair. The master bed mattress is too soft!

Location excellent. Would definitely stay again.

Location was good, easy access to keys and instructions to get keys etc as well as communication was great

The bed kept rolling around the room even just to get into the bed it rolled towards the window, there was no blankets it was freezing! The noise from other guests was also really bad you could hear everything though the wall.

Carpets were stained and sometimes hospital staff parked in the carpark in front of the clothes line which meant it could not be used.

Good location, free parking on site! The room was clean and had everything I needed.

The room had a smell of cigarettes and mould! Some more lights outside the rooms would be good - it’s very dark when getting home late at night!

We enjoyed our stay it was a lovely clean comfortable apartment in a great position, would definitely stay again.
