Newly Renovated Geelong Serviced Apartments by Short & Long Stays

The unit was nice and had enough room for the 2 of us, but needed some TLC. Plenty of parking space. Walking distance to the beach. Close to the city centre.

Road noise. The unit was obviously furnished in the cheapest way possible. Cheap table and chairs, coffee table etc. No bedhead, just a mattress & base that we found a bit too firm. Bring your own pillows - the ones there are awful. The unit needed some maintenance - toilet/bathroom door wouldn't close, bathroom/toilet fan didn't work, shower tap easy to turn on but almost impossible to turn off - it will eventually not turn off at all. The kitchen needs some more crockery - there was plates etc but only 1 bowl. No spare garbage bags - only the bag in the bin for a 5 day stay. Not really good enough when paying nearly $200 a night in the off season after school holiday period. With a little more thought from the owner, the unit would be great.

Location. Nice shower - good water pressure

Old and tired. Carpets were grubby and my feet stuck to the tiled floors. Mould around the base of the shower.

Reasonable location, good if you want to access the hospital. We had a quiet stay, apart from some road noise. Unit is very tired, carpet is worn and marked. Amenities and furniture are basic, and would benefit from replacement.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable and had a well appointed kitchen with everything you'd need for a longer stay. The facade of the apartments and entrance looked a bit down-market, but it actually was very nice inside with a spacious and clean bathroom complete with washer/dryer combined, and plenty of towels. Although it's not right in the city, it's walkable or just a few minutes' drive. Two comfortable couches were appreciated, and the upholstery was clean, which isn't always the case with accommodation, I've found. We slept well there and didn't hear anything from neighboring units.

It was perfectly fine for our needs. The carpet and mat at the front door could do with a clean, and a proper light globe that actually provides light in the lounge room! But these are just small things and didn't impact our stay.

It was cosy had everything you would need in a studio apartment. It was easy to find and easy to get in and out
