Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento per alcuni giorni durante la nostra visita a Catania e ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene. L'appartamento è accogliente, ben curato e sufficientemente spazioso per una famiglia come la nostra composta da 2 adulti e 2 bambini. La posizione è uno dei suoi punti di forza: centralissima, comodissima per raggiungere il centro storico a piedi e circondata da tantissimi locali, bar e ristoranti dove gustare le specialità della città. Una menzione speciale va al proprietario, che è stato semplicemente eccezionale. Sempre disponibile, gentile e pronto a fornire consigli utili per rendere il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. È il tipo di host che ti fa sentire il benvenuto fin dal primo momento. In sintesi: ottima posizione, appartamento confortevole e un padrone di casa da 10 e lode. Se dovessimo tornare a Catania, sapremmo già dove prenotare... e probabilmente lui saprebbe già dove consigliarci di andare a mangiare! 😄 Consigliatissimo!

Great good value apartment with everything you need. Right on Via Crociferi, one of our favourite streets in Catania with lovely bars and restaurants. Safe to arrive even late at night as a popular dining street but in a quiet courtyard behind the street so not noisy. Great location. Good facilities. Great host with clear check in instructions. Great value.

La casa è in una posizione perfetta: a massimo 15 minuti a piedi si raggiungono tutte le attrazioni principali. La strada è illuminata e frequentata. La casa è pulita, dotata di condizionatore, tv, armadio, un buon letto, bagno con generi di prima necessità. È comoda e essenziale. Renato è stato molto disponibile, ha acconsentito a tenerci i bagagli per un po' dopo il checkout.
