Balconi Bellavista

This apartment exceeded all expectations. The location was the best and the views are unbelievable. It was hard to leave. The host is very communicative and nice. The apartment gives the old Sicily building experience with a newly upgraded interior. This apartment was defiantly a highlight of our trip!

Located in Testaccio near the market and many great restaurants. Convivial host Mario welcomed us and made us feel at home. Large 2 bedroom apartment with all the amenities. Elevator and AC. Comfortable.

Can’t think of anything.

The apartment is in a prime location. Our stay was wonderful and the host was very responsive, even helping me find a hair salon. I don’t have anything negative at all, we had a great experience. The beds were comfy and the apartment was roomy. There is a washer to do laundry. The a/c works great. I would kindly suggest an upgrade on the hair dryer, and that’s all. The view of the sea is amazing. This apartment is close to everything.

You can hear other guests but I had a sound machine to help block the noise. The slim narrow doors at the bottom of the stairs were hard to get thru with luggage but other than that everything was great.

Location, location, location. This apartment is perfectly situated in the heart of Cefalù’s old town. Stepping out onto the narrow cobbled streets gives you a genuine feel for the character and atmosphere of this beautiful Sicilian town. The beach is only a few moments away, and the owners were always available on WhatsApp to answer any questions and provide assistance during our stay. The air conditioning worked brilliantly, which was especially appreciated in the Sicilian heat, and the balcony’s stunning sea views more than compensated for carrying our luggage up to the apartment. We also booked the boat trip through the owner, and it was one of the highlights of our holiday. The experience was private, relaxing, and exceptionally well organised. We had the entire boat to ourselves, along with a captain and first mate who went out of their way to make the trip enjoyable. I would highly recommend including the boat excursion as part of your stay.

It’s difficult to fault the property itself. The only minor drawback is the location, as you can’t drive directly to the door to unload your luggage. The beach car park is less than five minutes away, though, and with sensible packing it’s easy to make a couple of short trips with smaller cases. You might also find on-street parking closer to the property just outside the restricted traffic zone, which makes access even more convenient. In any case, the extra effort is well worth it for such an excellent location.

The property was in such an amazing location. It was very spacious and fit my family easily. The views were stunning!
