La Chiocciola Apartment

Perfect location, close to everything, in the center, but in a quiet courtyard. The apartment was very clean, modern, with all the amenities you could need. It also stays cool even when it's hot outside, which is a big plus. Daniele, the host, was very nice. I would highly recommend the place for a short or long stay.

The pillows were not the most comfortable, but that's really the only tiny issue.

The address for this apartment appeared to be a small side street- yes, the entrance was on the small and quiet side street but the bedroom faced the main street -Corso Ruggero. I don't believe this was mentioned in the ads. Unfortunately, there were several nights of very loud partying on the street & one night until 5:30 am- I mentioned this to the host and he said that people were having.fun .One of the nights was the night before a holiday. Also, the main source of natural light was the bedroom with attached balcony. If I wanted to read in living room/second bedroom I had to use overhead light or pot lights. Both not suitable but not a big deal

Very noisy at night as on cross roads of busy street. Week end late into night & bottle bank emptying in very early morning!

A lovely small apartment right in the middle of Cefalu and very close to Piazza Duomo. We could easily walk anywhere in the city including the beach. A very welcoming and helpful manager/owner, Daniele. A lovely bottle of local red wine left for us.

The photos on the Booking.com site are confusing because there are actually two adjoining apartments being offered (separately) and it wasn't clear which images were of what apartment - we didn't realize this until we arrived.

It was spacious.

The hardness of the pillows we have never encountered before. The street noise was difficult to cope with, it did quiet down by about 10.30 except on Saturday night which lasted until 2.00 am. But the two Pasticceria located within 25 meters of the property started their preparation for baking at 4.00 am and were quite noisy about their work. We also shared intimate moments through the closed interconnecting door with our neighbours as if they were in the same room as us.

Clean and functional apartment with nice location! And Daniele, the host, is super nice and helpful.

Close to the action cathedral and entertainment

On the main street and noise was good

Nice and clean apartment. Location is great, close to the beach and in the town centre. Different restaurants nearby. Close to Cefalu cathedral (great attraction) Apartment organised very well with two separate rooms

Sometime it could be noisy on the streets but usually not later than till 11 PM

Great central location

Small badly laid out apartment with no where for us to go once we put the children to bed. Plus you could easily hear the guests in the adjoining apartment through the thin door that separates the two apartments. Children's beds not comfortable.

Excellent central location, great services in the area, the apartment itself is very well finished and Daniel is an excellent host.
