Room was clean, but heater was not working in one room

Staff could not speak english, very difficult to communicate. Can add breakfast and room service

Amazing service from Hari - he was helpful and attentive to all our needs! The property itself is exceptionally clean and is tidied every other day. Location also very close by to large retail stores, easy to travel to any area from T Nagar. Highly recommend for large groups.

The room was clean and easy to access, conveniently located in the center of the shopping district. The property also has a lift, which was a great convenience.

I faced communication issues with the people there. Even though I can speak both Tamil and English, which are commonly spoken languages in the area (with Tamil being the state language), they didn't seem to understand either. This made it challenging to communicate effectively.

Stay was better than expectation, location cleanliness was too good

The water facility was poor, there was water leaking in one bathroom and then there very slow water in all the bathroom fittings, there was pigeons all around the property which was disturbing

Its location is very near to the main shopping T Nagar and walkable. Staff are very helpful.

Kitchen amenities are very basic needs for such stay and was missing. Bedsheets and pillow covers and Towels are old or pale, can be ideally replaced. Our both toilet flush was not very good.

Location is very good with all things are within proximity. Spacious rooms.

Toilet fittings were faulty. No AC in livingvroom. Very limited utensils in kitchen and and no microwave.
