Very convenient for a family. Very helpful staff and excellent breakfast. Good cleanliness level. Value for money.

Some fixtures were not working as well as they should. Some focus on maintenance and replacing/fixing old parts/items would make a big difference.

The staff was cordial and helpful.The room was well cleaned and everything kept ready for our arrival

The towels and bedsheets can be cleaned better

Staff never delivered breakfast at the requested time. They were possibly more relaxed than is helpful. Woken every morning by nearby temple noise and chanting. Garden view in the listing was not to be seen.

fast action taken for my son that fallen sick..they called Dr to place and treated my son ..The Dr also very good and she is very helpful.Breakfast also good eventhough set type.

The bed was shaky.

The most thoughtful, caring and listening care personnel (Hari and Megha) at location at Laxmi; location to central Chennai; the spacious environment in apartment; bathrooms for each room, large beds, cleanliness level was good compared to many, the lift, kitchen, a sweet charming Tommy the Dog and entertaining talkative Meow the White Cat. Ease in payment with personnel dropping by just before checkout.

The not comfortable living room set (no cushions for back), not sufficient chairs at dining for 5 person rental; the pillows that were ultra hard and uncomfortable, a couple of torn pillow cases, not fitting bedsheets for size of bed, limited plates and dishes (only plastic so unable to use it in microwave), no hot water in one of the bathrooms. Missing breakfast even if it was included in reservation and price.

Location was very good . Walking distance to pondy bazar and eateries. There is a store to get essentials. Staff was very helpful especially Doya.
