"Property has potential but our stay was really disappointing"

It’s in a great location for exploring all that Chester City Centre has to offer, and generally had the facilities we needed for a three night stay.

Sadly the property wasn’t very clean (dirty plates and mugs in the drawers, strong smell of food, dirty fridge) and the bathroom had the strongest smell of cigarette smoke that we couldn’t shift at all even with strong air fresheners. It was really unpleasant and unacceptable and made us feel nauseous when showering in there. We tried to contact the property about it twice, and never received a reply or any acknowledgment about the issue, it was so disappointing.

To me it was more like a studio than apartment . When I have rented apartment it has always had a oven and a washing machine in it . For the price found it expensive myself
