Grosvenor Stylish Apartments - Chester

The location

The whole place was very smelly, presumably a plumbing issue in the en suite bathroom. Miserly heating meant a cold stay. The sofa in the lounge is very uncomfortable and there's no room for 4 people to sit. Lighting in the kithchen and lounge is poor. Kitchen layout could have been much better in the space. Space in bed 1 en-suite is very tight with little room to sit on the wc. Generally disappointing with cheap beds and linen and a missed opportunity for what coukd be a much better guest experience

The place is central, spotlessly clean. It was a lovely place to stay. It was lovely and comfortable

It was hard to get the code for both doors. It was very confusing finding the right door. Unfortunately the bed had big lumps in it. It would have been handy if I had instructions for the heating. It would be good to have instructions for the oven or microwave

Great location for Chester city centre

When we arrived at the property there was an extremely loud fire alarm sounding in the building. The hosts ignored our repeated calls and messages asking them to resolve the issue so we had to "sleep" with the alarm sounding throughout the night. No subsequent refund or explanation was provided.

I like how close into the centre the apartment is and how easy accessible it is. The kitchen has a verity of different utensils and it was also good how dish soap and sponge was provided.

There was some stains around the property for example the radiator in the kitchen, the bin was also broke in the kitchen and I feel the bathroom(shower) needs an upgrade and also there was makeup stains on the bed sheet.

The location was great.

The property was good but definitely not luxury. The heating was off when we arrived it was freezing inside and took ages to warm up. Noise from the apartment next to us kept us up all night.

If you want student accommodation place for you. They even leave paint for u by front door. Shame they didn't use it. Window glass broke. Blinds shabby and as for bedding i would not let my dog sit on it. Chairs in supposed living area were stained. Didn't stay one night there

It was easy access to the city centre.

The first property was a mess, radiator hanging from the wall, window blind missing a piece, 2 chairs full of stains and cushions full of hair. The second property we were offered was no better with a very bad smelling shower drain, dirty toilet and the television not working.
